During the third week of July, summer series felt the impact of World Cup match broadcasts on the ratings. Throughout the week, the matches ranked at the top in all three audience categories, while most summer series recorded declines compared to the previous week.
Summer Highlights
Different Lives, recorded the strongest performance among this week’s summer series. Compared to the previous week, it posted increases in the Total, AB, and ABC1 rating categories.
Nature of Love, faced tough competition from the England–Argentina match broadcast on Wednesday evening. The series declined in all three categories compared to the previous week but still finished the day in second place.
Love, Probably, was also among the productions that experienced a decline this week. Compared to the previous week, it fell in all three rating categories.
Torn Apart, meanwhile, was affected by the World Cup final between Spain and Argentina on Sunday evening. Although the series ranked below the previous week’s performance in all three categories, it finished the day in second place following the football match. Despite this, it continued to be among the most-watched series of the summer season.
