Türkiye-based digital distribution company Merzigo has signed a new agreement with Banijay Rights.

Under the deal, Merzigo will expand the digital presence of selected Banijay catalogue titles on YouTube and Facebook. Among these titles are Mr Bean: The Animated Series, MasterChef, and Survivor.

Merzigo aims to enhance channel management, discoverability, and audience engagement for the content. The company had previously entered a multi-year partnership with All3Media International, taking over the YouTube and Facebook management of shows such as Shameless, Midsomer Murders, Undercover Boss, and Peep Show.

This development comes shortly after the major merger process between Banijay Group and All3Media. Once completed, the merger is expected to create a media giant valued at around $8 billion, with Marco Bassetti at the helm of the new company.
