The first trailer and key details have been unveiled for Evil Dead Burn, the sixth installment in the legendary horror franchise.
Directed by Sébastien Vaniček, who gained critical acclaim for his 2023 film Infested, this savage new chapter is set to hit theaters on July 10. The project sees the return of original trilogy creator Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert as executive producers, ensuring the film remains true to its visceral roots.
Evil Dead Burn centers on a grieving woman who, after the death of her husband, seeks comfort at her in-laws’ secluded home, only for the visit to descend into a blood-soaked struggle for survival as the family members transform into demonic Deadites one by one.

Evil Dead Burn features a strong ensemble cast led by Souheila Yacoub, recently seen in Dune: Part Two, alongside Hunter Doohan and Tandi Wright. Following the massive success of the fifth installment, Evil Dead Rise, which grossed a franchise-record $147 million, the momentum is showing no signs of slowing down.
In fact, development is already underway for a seventh film titled Evil Dead Wrath, which will be written and directed by Frances Galluppi and is currently slated for a 2028 release.
