Eccho Rights has expanded the international reach of the Turkish mini-series Beneath the Surface, securing new broadcast deals across Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and Israel.

Produced by Karga Seven Pictures as a TOD Original, the fast-paced thriller continues to attract global buyers as demand for premium Turkish drama remains strong in multiple regions.

Telecom Argentina has acquired the series for its channels in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. In MENA, Abu Dhabi TV has secured free TV rights across 23 territories, while in Israel the series has been picked up by Dori Media. Alshana in Morocco has also picked up the local rights to the series.

Beneath the Surface stars Hazal Kaya as Cihan, a determined police officer whose father’s mysterious death pushes her into a personal investigation running parallel to an official murder case, led by her colleague Metin, played by Çağlar Ertuğrul. As the two officers work closer together, professional boundaries blur, emotions surface and long-buried family secrets begin to unravel, turning the investigation into a deeply personal reckoning.

Handan Özkubat, Director of Sales at Eccho Rights, commented: “Beneath the Surface perfectly illustrates the global appeal of premium Turkish drama with A-list talent and a strong creative vision. Its compact episode run and cinematic storytelling make it ideal for international broadcasters, and these deals with linear channels clearly show that shorter run Turkish series are not limited to VOD platforms internationally, but can perform very successfully on free and pay television when the content is right.”
