Content Americas 2026: ATV Distribution’s Müge Akar on their Highlights

Assessing a noticeably busier Content Americas compared to last year, ATV Distribution’s Head of Sales Müge Akar points to growing opportunities across Latin America. With recently launched titles gaining momentum and a new series attracting strong buyer interest, ATV Distribution continues to build anticipation and expand its reach in the region.

How was Content Americas for ATV Distribution?

I believe Content Americas 2026 was much busier compared to last year. From last season, The Nightfall is still very new to the region. We have sold it to Chile, Panama, and Mexico, but it has not yet gone on air there, which means it still holds strong potential for Latin America.

How are your recent titles and new launches positioning themselves in the Latin American market?

We also introduced our new series, A.B.I. It was very important for us that the series delivered strong ratings, and it has generated significant interest from buyers at the market. We are very pleased with the response. The cast is already familiar to the market, and the story itself is very universal. With a blend of family dynamics, internal conflict, romance, and light action, we strongly believe it will resonate well with audiences across the region.
