Bell Media has signed a first-look development agreement with Bristol Circle Entertainment, the production company led by Jeff Frost.

Under the deal, Bristol Circle will develop original scripted series for the company’s CTV and Crave platforms.

Frost founded Bristol Circle Entertainment in 2022 after leaving Sony Pictures Television, where he spent 14 years, while Roosevelt Brown serves as the company’s head of development.

Bristol Circle’s current slate includes Pluribus, the Apple TV+ series created by Vince Gilligan, as well as an HBO true-crime drama based on 1980s serial killer Dorothea Puente.

The agreement follows Bell Media’s recent partnerships with several high-profile production companies, including Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s Point Grey Pictures, Elliot Page’s Pageboy Productions, Tom Green Productions, and Punctuation Media.

Bell Media’s Vice President of Global Content, Justin Stockman, highlighted Jeff Frost’s track record in developing acclaimed series such as Breaking Bad, Outlander, and Pluribus. Frost, who serves as chairman and CEO of Bristol Circle, said Bell Media’s bold approach to original programming aligns with the company’s creative vision, adding that both teams look forward to creating world-class stories for audiences around the world.
