Atresmedia reinforced its position as a global content powerhouse at Series Mania 2026, securing a key international deal for Entre Tierras with Mediaset Italia.

Alongside this milestone, the company showcased an impressive lineup of upcoming scripted titles, including Las Hijas de la Criada, Padre no hay más que uno, la serie, and La Nena, highlighting its continued investment in high-quality international storytelling.

Entre Tierras, the most-watched television series in recent years and established as a true international phenomenon, will be broadcast on Mediaset Italia. Entre Tierras season 2, starring Megan Montaner, has already premiered on atresplayer Spain after being presented at the latest edition of the Málaga Festival.

Atresmedia maintains its position as the leading Spanish audiovisual production powerhouse, with series as the central element of its international growth strategy.

In addition to Entre Tierras, Atresmedia Sales has presented at Series Mania 2026 some of its main fiction bets for the season, including Las hijas de la criada, an adaptation of the literary phenomenon by Sonsoles Ónega, winner of the 2023 Planeta Prize, which is fully available on atresplayer and became the platform’s best premiere of the last three years.

The group has also presented La Nena, a series directed by Paco Cabezas and a loose adaptation of the third novel of the Carmen Mola saga, set to premiere on atresplayer on April 12 following the huge success of La Novia Gitana and La Red Púrpura.

Additionally, Padre no hay más que uno, la serie, a crazy family comedy already released on atresplayer, represents the television adaptation of Santiago Segura’s blockbuster film saga.

Atresmedia, a driving force of the Spanish audiovisual industry

In 2026, Atresmedia remains the leading Spanish audiovisual production powerhouse, where innovation and high-quality content are fundamental pillars. The group continues to grow internationally, expanding across the globe while maintaining its success in Spain, where it remains the undisputed leader, far ahead of its competitors. With Antena 3 as the leading TV channel, broadcasting the most-watched programs, news shows, and series on television.

At Atresmedia, fiction is a key and fundamental genre, and its national and international success is the result of a carefully planned strategy based on the belief that a series’ success transcends borders and traditional distribution windows. Thanks to Atresmedia Sales, its productions attract the interest of major international players and have succeeded in placing Spanish fiction at the top.

Titles such as La Casa de Papel (winner of an International Emmy Award), Veneno, Vis a vis, Velvet, Gran Hotel, Alba, Entre Tierras, La cocinera de Castamar, and A Muerte are just a few examples of this overwhelming global success, which has made Atresmedia an ambassador of top Spanish-language fiction worldwide.
