Prime Entertainment Group Secures Global Distribution of ‘Marilyn Monroe: I’m So Many People’

To mark the centenary of one of cinema’s most iconic figures, Prime Entertainment Group has acquired the international distribution rights for the documentary Marilyn Monroe: I’m So Many People.

Scheduled for release in May 2026 to coincide with what would have been the legendary actress’s 100th birthday on June 1st, Marilyn Monroe: I’m So Many People offers a unique and refreshing perspective on her life. Created by the award-winning directorial duo Clara and Julia Kuperberg of Wichita Films, the project intentionally moves away from traditional “dumb blonde” archetypes and tabloid gossip. Instead, it serves as a tribute to Monroe’s professional genius, her dedication to her craft as a hardworking artist, and her role as a truly modern woman.

Commissioned by Canal+ France, the documentary has already generated significant market buzz, securing key pre-sales with major platforms such as Movistar+ in Spain. The directors have stated that their goal was to create a film Monroe herself would be proud of, one that honors the complex woman behind the global icon.

Given Monroe’s enduring universal fascination, Prime Entertainment Group executives are confident that this contemporary take will captivate audiences worldwide by reclaiming the legacy of her talent and intellect.
