Fox has renewed the medical drama Doc for a third season with a 22-episode order, with co-showrunners Barbie Kligman and Hank Steinberg continuing in their roles.

The series achieved remarkable success during the 2025–26 season, attracting Fox’s largest multi-platform audience at 7.4 million viewers, with its Live+Same Day (L+SD) performance nearly tripling (+193%).

Co-produced by Sony Pictures Television and Fox Entertainment Studios, Doc has been sold to over 200 countries, with Netflix holding U.S. streaming rights, while the show is also available on HBO Max and Hulu.

Starring Molly Parker as Dr. Amy Larsen, the cast includes Omar Metwally, Amirah Vann, Jon Ecker, Anya Banerjee, Patrick Walker, Charlotte Fountain-Jardim, and Felicity Huffman (Season 2). Inspired by a true story, the drama follows a brilliant physician rebuilding her life after a car accident erased eight years of her memory.

Fox President Michael Thorn praised the show for delivering the season’s largest multi-platform audience, while Sony Pictures Television President Katherine Pope highlighted its global reach and the standout performances that have resonated with audiences worldwide.
