atvdistribution’sThe Nightfall has been shortlisted in the Best TV Series category at the prestigious Seoul International Drama Awards 2025.

In its milestone 20th year, the Seoul International Drama Awards has revealed the official finalists for its highly competitive International Competition. This year, 24 productions from across 50 countries were selected from a pool of 276 entries, reflecting the growing global influence of premium scripted content.

Set in the haunting city of Denizli, The Nightfall follows Mahir, a police inspector returning after two decades to uncover the truth behind his father’s murder, an act committed by the powerful Kursat Kilimci. What begins as a calculated pursuit of justice takes an unexpected emotional turn when Mahir falls for Canfeza, Kursat’s mesmerizing daughter. As fate unfolds at Canfeza’s wedding, a night of irreversible consequences begins.

Poised as one of the leading contenders, The Nightfall continues to leave a lasting impression with its compelling storytelling, refined cinematography, and emotional depth, elevating atv distribution’s role in shaping the global drama landscape.

The winners of the Seoul International Drama Awards 2025 will be unveiled during the official ceremony held in Seoul on October 2, 2025, airing live on SBS TV and the event’s official YouTube channel at 5:50 PM KST.
