Starring İbrahim Çelikkol and Sıla Türkoğlu, the Dass Yapım series Doktor: Başka Hayatta is bidding farewell to the screens.
The show, which began its broadcasting journey on the evening of March 8th, will conclude with its 6th episode due to ratings performance falling below expectations. Despite a powerful cast, the production struggled to expand its audience base; although changes were previously made to both the scriptwriter and the director, these moves were not enough to save the series.
Following the low ratings of 2.52 (Total), 3.18 (AB), and 2.97 (ABC1) from last night’s episode, the network management decided to pull the series from the air.
According to industry sources, no special finale will be filmed for Doktor: Başka Hayatta, meaning the production has officially ended without a conclusion as of last night’s broadcast.
