Localization firm Dubhub, based in Stockholm and Istanbul, has partnered with OGM Universe to localize the hit Turkish drama 6 of Us (Sahipsizler) for the French market.
Following its recent finale on Star TV and a record-breaking performance on YouTube, where the first episode alone garnered 23 million views, the series will be dubbed into French using Dubhub’s proprietary AI-driven technology, Evocion. This system is specifically designed for high-fidelity emotion transfer, ensuring that the original character performances and narrative depth are preserved through a blend of advanced AI and human editorial oversight.
Dubhub CEO Fredrik af Malmborg highlights that localizing successful Turkish content can multiply original YouTube revenues by three to four times, underscoring the massive financial potential of this venture. This partnership not only reinforces the global demand for premium Turkish dramas produced by OGM Pictures but also demonstrates the growing influence of AI-powered localization tools in accelerating the cross-border distribution of high-performing content.
