Vendetta (Kan Çiçekleri) continues to make waves internationally, having been acquired by more than 70 countries, according to Global Agency.

The series’ captivating blend of romance, passion, betrayal, and revenge has resonated with audiences worldwide, solidifying its reputation as a versatile drama with broad international appeal. Originally aired in a daytime slot in Türkiye, the show’s high production values have enabled successful transitions into prime-time slots across multiple territories.

In key markets such as Georgia, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the CIS region, and Sub-Saharan Africa, where Turkish dramas enjoy immense popularity, Vendetta has delivered exceptional ratings, topping prime-time charts in Georgia and surpassing other high-budget formats.

The impact of Vendetta extends far beyond television screens, with a rapidly growing presence on social media. The series has built a highly engaged global fan base, amplifying its visibility and strengthening its connection with audiences across different regions.

Produced by Rains Pictures and Unik Film, and starring Barış Baktaş and Yağmur Yüksel, the series ran for three seasons in Türkiye, totaling 645 episodes. It was broadcast on Kanal 7 on weekdays.

A significant portion of the creative team behind the camera, including the scriptwriters, is composed of women, bringing a distinct and authentic female perspective to the storytelling. The story highlights Dilan as a strong female lead, while the main actors—initially new faces—quickly gained huge popularity, building large fan bases and reaching over one million followers each on Instagram. With Vendetta, the lead actors’ popularity grew rapidly. In just a few months, they built a strong fan base, increasing their social media following exponentially and surpassing one million followers each on Instagram—becoming one of the most passionately followed on-screen couples in the world.

İzzet Pinto, CEO of Global Agency, said: “With its emotionally driven narrative, strong character arcs, and undeniable on-screen chemistry between its leads, Vendetta embodies all the key elements of a classic melodrama while delivering a fresh and engaging viewing experience. It has achieved great success in the countries where it aired, becoming one of the most-watched series in multiple territories. As the strongest daily drama in our catalogue, its universal themes, proven ratings success, and expanding international reach make it a standout title for broadcasters and platforms seeking high-performing content.”
