The cast of MedYapım’s new series Şakir Paşa Hanedanı Mucizeler ve Skandallar came together for their first script reading, as preparations for the show continue.
Directed by Bahadır Karataş and written by Hande Altaylı, the series features an impressive ensemble cast including Vahide Perçin, Fırat Tanış, Devrim Yakut, Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, Denise Capezza, Nilsu Berfin Aktaş, Helin Kandemir, Yağmur Başkurt, and Meryem Uzerli.
Set in 1912, the story of Şakir Paşa Hanedanı Mucizeler ve Skandallar explores the extraordinary lives and relationships within the prominent Şakir Paşa family, which includes notable figures such as Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı (known as the Halikarnas Balıkçısı), Fahrelnisa Zeid (a master of modern painting), Aliye Berger (Türkiye’s first engraver), and Füreya Koral (Türkiye’s first ceramic artist).
Production preparations are ongoing, with filming set to begin soon in Istanbul. Şakir Paşa Hanedanı Mucizeler ve Skandallar will air soon on NOW.
