Prime Video has released the official trailer for its new original production Bihter. Bihter is getting ready to meet Prime Video audiences in Türkiye on November 16th.

In this adaptation of Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil’s unforgettable Aşk-ı Memnu, Bihter is a young woman overshadowed by her mother’s mistakes and makes decisions that lead to the repetition of those mistakes. Farah Zeynep Abdullah, Boran Kuzum, Osman Sonant, Hande Ataizi, Helin Kandemir, Nezaket Erden, Lorin Merhart, Mert Can Tekin, Mert Ince and guest stars Ebru Özkan and Tilbe Saran are among the cast of this universal story set in the early 1920s.

Bihter’s life is marred by her mother’s mistakes. She accepts rich Mr. Adnan’s marriage proposal in order to get rid of her mother, whom she fears to be like. However, her ambition towards her mother causes her to make the same mistakes without noticing. As she discovers what it means to be a powerful, wealthy and desirable woman, the person she will become will cause Bihter to go through hard times.
