TRT 1’s upcoming series Evlilik Güzeldir (Marriage Is Beautiful) has released a new trailer, offering a glimpse at surprise encounters, romantic sparring and unresolved conflicts from the past. The trailer also reveals the series’ premiere date.
Marriage Is Beautiful will premiere on TRT 1 on Monday, September 7.
Produced by Greative Film, the series is produced by Zafer Yiğit and Ahmet Şevki Peker, with Hasan Kaçan serving as creative producer. Şafak Bal and Serap Danış Koçak direct the series, while the screenplay is written by Baykut Badem, Hasan Tolga Pulat, Hazan Toma and Seçil Çömlekçi.
What Is Evlilik Güzeldir (Marriage Is Beautiful) About?
The series follows Mesut Bahtiyar, a marriage registrar who has officiated the weddings of thousands of couples and earned the title of a “record-breaking marriage registrar.”
While Mesut has spent years witnessing other people’s happiness, things become much more complicated when it comes to his own five daughters. New people entering their lives lead to unexpected encounters, romantic connections and confrontations with unresolved issues from the past.
Bringing together family relationships, romance, new beginnings and neighborhood life, Marriage Is Beautiful promises a warm and heartfelt story.
