Violeta Trincado, a seasoned executive from Eccho Rights, has joined The Walt Disney Company as Content Sales Supervisor for Iberia, where she will oversee content sales activities across Spain and Portugal.
Before making the move, Trincado was based in Madrid at Eccho Rights, managing content sales across selected Latin American territories as well as the in-flight entertainment market. Earlier in her career, she held roles in international distribution at eOne and worked in acquisitions and programming at Trece TV, building extensive experience across multiple areas of the content business.
She will be based in Disney’s Madrid office, reporting to Joaquín Becerra and Diana Borbón. Her appointment comes as Disney continues to expand its content distribution and licensing efforts, reflecting the company’s renewed focus on rights and international partnerships.
