Calinos Entertainment is expanding its Turkish drama catalogue with Violet, a new daily series produced by Limon Yapım that will be introduced to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026. The series is scheduled to premiere on Show TV in Türkiye in November 2026.

Blending romance, family conflict and long-buried secrets, Violet follows three siblings whose lives change dramatically after losing their mother, setting them on a path that brings unexpected relationships and difficult choices.

A New Beginning at Sancar Farm

The series stars Güz Bozkurt, known for Winds of Love and Envy, as Violet, alongside Batuhan Demir as Murat. Directed by Fulya Yavuzoğlu and Ecem Tahtalıoğlu Pertez, the drama is written by Baran Gündoğdu, Merve Balıkçı and Vural Balıkçı.

The story begins when Violet and her younger siblings, Ali and Pelin, lose their mother during a train journey. With nowhere else to turn, the children are taken to Sancar Farm, where their mother’s cousin, Zehra, offers them a home.

However, adjusting to their new surroundings proves more complicated than expected. Violet soon develops feelings for Murat, the farm’s wealthy and reserved owner, but their relationship encounters resistance from his family, who struggle to accept his growing affection for a young woman from a different background.

As the couple grow closer, family secrets and unresolved conflicts begin to surface, threatening their relationship and the siblings’ hopes of building a new life.

Calinos Entertainment Highlights the Potential of Daily Drama

Asli Serim, Head of Content at Calinos Entertainment, highlighted the series’ emotional themes and its prospects in the international market.

“Daily dramas continue to attract great interest, and we believe Violet has great potential. At its heart, it is a story about love, family and the difficult choices people make for those they care about. We’re pleased to be working with Limon Yapım and Show TV on this series and look forward to introducing it to our partners at MIPCOM.”

With its focus on romance, family bonds and secrets that threaten to reshape the characters’ lives, Violet adds another Turkish daily drama to Calinos Entertainment’s international slate ahead of its domestic debut.
