HBO Original drama series TASK is gearing up for its second season with two new additions to its cast. Rose Rollins and Carol Santiago will join the series, which stars Mark Ruffalo, in its upcoming season.
What Will Happen in TASK Season 2?
Created by Brad Ingelsby, best known for Mare of Easttown, the series will continue to follow Tom Brandis in its second season. Played by Mark Ruffalo, Brandis will lead a newly formed special task force.
As the team becomes more deeply involved in the operation, however, the mission will grow increasingly complicated, raising questions about who is actually the target and who poses the real threat.
Who Will Rose Rollins and Carol Santiago Play?
Rose Rollins will portray Evie Barnes, the wife of Eddie Barnes. Deeply devoted to Eddie, Evie will have an important role on the family side of the story.
Carol Santiago, meanwhile, will play Ana Salazar, Maria’s close friend and an expectant mother.
The two new cast members join a lineup that includes Mark Ruffalo, Mahershala Ali, Julianne Nicholson, Harry Melling, Adam Nagaitis, Aminah Nieves, Edgar Ramírez, Martha Plimpton and Tim Blake Nelson, among others.
TASK Season 2 will premiere soon on HBO Max.
