Set to begin filming soon, Sevdan Bir Ateş is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated productions of the upcoming television season thanks to its compelling story and ensemble cast.

Murat Ünalmış: “Returning Home Means a Great Deal to Me”

Speaking during the table read, lead actor Murat Ünalmış said he was delighted to be working with such a strong team. Noting that he has lived in Cappadocia for nearly 20 years, the actor added that filming the series there holds special meaning for him.

“I’m incredibly happy to be returning home and filming a series here. I’ve worked with Murat Hoca on different projects before, and I’m excited and happy that we’re together again on the same production.”

Özge Özacar: “Filming in Cappadocia’s Enchanting Atmosphere Makes Me Happy”

Özge Özacar echoed Ünalmış’s remarks, saying that being reunited with colleagues she had previously worked with and admired gave her confidence. Explaining that she always follows her heart when choosing a new project, she shared:

“Whenever I begin a new journey, I always ask myself, ‘Does this feel heavy or light?’ My heart feels very light with this project. Being part of such a wonderful team and filming in the enchanting atmosphere of Cappadocia is incredibly exciting.”

Blending family secrets, revenge, impossible love stories, and long-buried confrontations with the past, Sevdan Bir Ateş will premiere on Show TV during the upcoming season.
