The Gentleman (Delikanlı), a high-octane Turkish drama series exploring the intersection of power, identity, and revenge in the heart of Istanbul, is officially set for its global debut.

Distributed by OGM Universe and produced by the acclaimed Onur Güvenatam (OGM Pictures), the series will have its prime-time premiere on Show TV this Monday, April 6.

Combining a gritty Istanbul atmosphere with a high-stakes emotional journey, The Gentleman is poised to be the next major international breakout from the creators of Turkey’s most successful television exports.

This high-end production offers a compelling narrative where neighborhood resilience meets the ruthless dynamics of the elite. The story centers on Yusuf, a man known for his unwavering integrity and loyalty. While Yusuf’s only ambition is to build a modest life with his childhood sweetheart, Hazan, a violent collision with the world of privilege thrusts him into a dangerous crossroads that will change his life forever.

Years later, Yusuf returns—not as a victim of his past, but as a man who has learned to play by the very rules that once destroyed him. Armed with a new identity and a calculated resolve, he begins to dismantle the lives of those who wronged him. Yet as he edges closer to his ultimate goal, he is confronted with a haunting question: in the pursuit of justice, how much of himself is he willing to lose?

International star Mert Ramazan Demir delivers a powerful performance as Yusuf, capturing his transformation from a neighborhood hero to a man operating in the shadows. He is joined by a stellar cast including Melis Sezen, Salih Bademci, and rising talent Mina Demirtaş.

The series is directed by acclaimed duo Zeynep Günay and Recai Karagöz, with a screenplay by Aybike Ertürk and her creative team.

Ekin Koyuncu, Global Distribution & Partnership Director at OGM UNIVERSE, commented: “With The Gentleman (Delikanlı), we present a story that seamlessly blends a strong local essence with universal appeal. Yusuf’s journey is a timeless exploration of identity and the cost of revenge. At OGM UNIVERSE, we are committed to delivering stories that resonate across borders, and we believe the compelling narrative, striking visuals, and outstanding cast of The Gentleman will command the attention of audiences and buyers worldwide.”
