Netflix’s Geleceğe Mektuplar: Cast Revealed, Filming Begins in September

The complete cast for Netflix’s new series Geleceğe Mektuplar (Letters to the Future), produced by O3 Medya, has been announced.

Geleceğe Mektuplar tells the story of high school friends Seda, Banu, Zuhal, Murat, and Mert, who, encouraged by their literature teacher Fatma Ayar, write letters to be opened 20 years later.

According to Birsen Altuntaş, Gökçe Bahadır plays Zuhal, while Onur Tuna takes on the role of Mert. Erdem Şenocak portrays Murat, and Selin Yeninci plays Banu. İpek Türktan stars as the teacher, Fatma, with Güneş Şensoy as her daughter, Elif. Pelin Karahan appears as Seda’s older sister, Pelin Şahin, and Yusuf Akgün plays her husband, Tufan Şahin. Saygın Soysal rounds out the cast as Levent, a mysterious character in the story.

Directed by Cenk Ertürk and written by Rana Denizer, Geleceğe Mektuplar is set to begin filming in early September.
