médiaClub’Elles, a network committed to advancing gender equality across the media industries (television, cinema, radio, press, music, and digital media), continues its mission with the 13th edition of its International Mentoring & Networking Breakfast, held in partnership with MIPCOM CANNES.

médiaClub’Elles supports its members throughout the year through meetings, debates, studies, workshops, mentoring programs, and its annual médiaClub’Elles Awards Ceremony at the French National Assembly.

MIPCOM 2025 edition will bring together ten distinguished mentors from around the world, meeting with over one hundred participants for a breakfast dedicated to sharing, listening, and intergenerational solidarity.

“It is always such a joy for us to organize this mentoring initiative, so highly valued by our members and MIPCOM regulars, in the beautiful setting of the Grand Verrière at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes,” said Florence Sandis, President of médiaClub’Elles.

This mentoring breakfast fosters dialogue among women professionals from across the global audiovisual industry in an atmosphere of trust and inspiration.
