On MIPCOM 2025‘s third day, we got together with Elif Tatoğlu, Kanal D International’s Distribution Strategy & Sales Director, to hear the company’s thoughts on this year’s edition. In the interview, Tatoğlu has highlighted their new series, Sins and Roses, as well as their evergreen titles Fatmagul, Time Goes By, and Ruthless City.
How was MIPCOM 2025 for Kanal D International?
This year’s MIPCOM has been a great success for Kanal D International. We celebrated the premiere of our new drama, Sins and Roses, with our clients on a special night, with the attendance of our cast. The initial feedback we have received is already promising, and we are very happy with the interest our partners have shown in the series.
We are proud to have some presales already. The evergreens, such as Fatmagul, Time Goes By, and Ruthless City, are under the radar of our clients as always. We are happy to be at MIPCOM once again and to meet our partners from all over the world.

What was the reception of the new series Sins and Roses?
We had great attendance at our party, where we launched our new series, Sins and Roses, which airs on Saturdays, produced by NGM. Our cast, Murat Yıldırım and Cemre Baysel, were with us during the party and welcomed important clients from all over the world.
The attendance indeed exceeded our expectations: we had colleagues, business partners, and peers from all over the globe, as well as our Turkish friends. So, I think it has been a great time for all of us at Kanal D International, while we launched our new series Sins and Roses. I hope our Kanal D audience has liked the series as much as we did.
