Eve Hewson is set to star alongside Channing Tatum in a new project that draws inspiration from the legendary Isle of Man TT, one of the oldest and most dangerous motorsport events in the world.
Known for its extreme speeds and high-risk conditions, the TT provides a fitting backdrop for a story centered on adrenaline, ambition, and athletes pushing themselves, and their machines, to the absolute limit.
Isle of Man explores the intense, high-stakes world of competitive racing, blending personal drama with the raw thrill of the sport. Behind the scenes, the project is backed by major production companies including Free Association, Plan B Entertainment (co-founded by Brad Pitt), and Entertainment 360, signaling a strong creative and commercial push.
The screenplay has been written by Reid Carolin, Jason Keller, and Bryan Johnson, suggesting a narrative that combines character-driven storytelling with large-scale spectacle. In addition to the feature film, a companion docuseries is also in the works, offering unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the real TT races. This documentary project is being developed with the involvement of Box to Box Films, the team behind Drive to Survive, as well as Mediawan, promising an immersive and authentic look at the world of elite motorsport.
