The premiere date of the Kopuk series, produced by MedYapım, Koray Kerimoğlu in the director’s chair, written by Deniz Karaoğlu, Fuat Mete, Özden Selim Karadana, was announced as Saturday, 27th January. The series, which has released a new trailer, will meet the audience on FOX channel.
The cast of the series includes names such as Kaan Yıldırım, Seray Kaya, Biran Damla Yılmaz, Sarp Akkaya, Beren Gökyıldız, Edip Tepeli, Engin Alkan, Kadir Çermik, Melisa Doğu, Sahra Şaş, Mustafa Açılan, Evliya Aykan, Merve Çağıran, Cem Söküt, Atakan Yarımdünya, Güneş Hayat.
STORY OF KOPUK
In Kopuk, which tells that it is still possible to reverse the game in a world where no good deed goes unpunished. Ferhan (Kaan Yıldırım) steals the money of bribers, swindlers and people who get rich through undeserved profiteering, and with this money he reaches out to the poor young people in his neighbourhood, educates them and helps their families.
An unexpected death will shake his whole life. This event will test him not only with his ideals but also with his love, and he will look for ways to pass this test. When he realises that he cannot fight injustice only as Ferhan, he assumes the identity of Orhan.
