Prime Video is expanding the world of Eshref Ruya with Eşref Tek, a new special production that goes back to the origins of its central character. Produced by TİMSBİ Productions, the project stars Çağatay Ulusoy as Eşref and is produced by Timur Savcı and Burak Sağyaşar.
Eşref’s early years take center stage
Eşref Tek travels back to the years before Eşref becomes a prominent figure in Istanbul’s criminal underworld, focusing on the experiences that shape him into the character seen in Eshref Ruya.
Still determined to find his childhood love Rüya, Eşref crosses paths with Kadir in Cyprus. Their unexpected friendship eventually takes them into Istanbul’s underworld, where they join forces to survive and build their influence. As their increasingly risky moves bring them into conflict with the city’s criminal powers, Eşref’s name gradually begins to gain recognition.
The special production will explore Eşref’s past, the roots of his attachment to Rüya and the turning points that shaped his journey. Eşref Tek will be available exclusively on Prime Video soon.
