A Mix of Turkish Drama Hits from Eccho Rights
Produced by O3 Medya for Show TV, I Am Mother explores motherhood, loss and resilience and has previously travelled across Latin America, Europe and MENA.
Elif, produced by Yeşil Yapım for Kanal 7, became a major international success following its global launch in 2015, while Everywhere I Go, produced by Karga Seven Pictures for NOW, combines romance and comedy as two strangers discover that they have unknowingly bought the same house.
Completing the deal, Brave and Beautiful, produced by Ay Yapım for Star TV, is a revenge-driven romantic drama that has become one of the most widely sold Turkish series internationally.
Berkin Nalbantli, Sales Executive for CEE and Africa at Eccho Rights, said:
“Red Head Global has long been a champion of Turkish drama in South Africa and across the region, and we’re delighted to continue our partnership with this latest slate. They have the local expertise and reach to bring these titles to audiences in South Africa and Namibia, and this deal pairs proven daily favourites with internationally successful hits – exactly the kind of emotional storytelling that builds loyal audiences.”
