DGA Awards 2026 (Directors Guild of America) has unveiled its nominees across television, documentary and commercial categories.
On the television side, this year’s list highlights a particularly strong lineup of drama and comedy series, with HBO Max’s The Pitt and FX’s The Bear leading the pack after receiving two nominations each.
The DGA Awards 2026 nominees bring together many of the year’s most talked-about series, including Severance, The Diplomat, Andor, The White Lotus and Hacks, all of which have earned critical acclaim and strong audience interest. In the limited and anthology series category, a diverse range of ambitious projects such as Black Mirror, Zero Day and Dying for Sex will compete.
In the documentary categories, films and series tackling timely political and cultural subjects stand out, while the commercials section features high-profile campaigns from major brands including Apple, Nike, Amazon, Meta and ChatGPT.
Winners will be announced during the DGA Awards 2026 ceremony at the Beverly Hilton on February 7.
