Bolytics, a cross-border media company specializing in connecting European content with Asian markets, has announced its role in architecting the international partnership between Shanghai Media Group’s subsidiary, WingsMedia, and Rakuten TV, marking the official launch of C-Drama NOW (Magnolia Time)”the first French-dubbed FAST channel dedicated exclusively to Chinese drama in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Developed to showcase high-quality stories of love, family, and resilience, C-Drama NOW brings the richness of Chinese storytelling to new audiences across Europe. The initiative reflects a growing appetite among European viewers for diverse, character-driven content from Asia and represents a milestone in cross-continental collaboration between China and Europe’s media landscapes.

The official signing ceremony took place on Monday, October 13, during the “Fresh Content from China” panel at MIPCOM 2025 in Cannes, moderated by Bo Zhang, Founder of Bolytics and strategic partner of this business alliance.
