Beta Film Acquires First K-Drama ‘Snow White Must Die’

Beta Film picked up worldwide rights to the award-winning Korean drama Snow White Must Die.

Beta Film presented the show at ATF 2025. This move marks the company’s strategic expansion into the Asian market. The show has garnered multiple awards, including best acting, best new actor and best supporting actor.

The thriller is based on Nele Neuhaus’ best-selling novel and centers on a man accused of and serving a ten-year sentence for a murder he doesn’t remember committing. Snow White Must Die is directed by Byon Young Joo and stars Byun Yo Han, Ko Jun, Go Bo-gyeol and Kim Bo-ra.
