The first table read has taken place for Ben Annemin Rüyasıyım, a new Turkish adaptation of the hit South Korean drama Lie After Lie. Produced by MEDYAPIM, the series stars Funda Eryiğit, Caner Cindoruk, and Zerrin Tekindor, and is directed by Yunus Ozan Korkut (Magarsus) with a script by Özge Aras.
The cast also includes Günay Karacaoğlu, Serhat Özcan, Gürsu Gür, Zeynep Özder, Azra Aksu and Sema Öztürk.
About Ben Annemin Rüyasıyım:
Ayşe (Funda Eryiğit) has spent years in prison after being accused of killing her husband. When she is finally released, her only goal is to reunite with her daughter Zeynep, who was taken from her long ago. But Zeynep has since been adopted by another man and has no idea who her mother really is. The only way for Ayşe to reach her daughter is by gaining the trust, and possibly the heart, of Kemal (Caner Cindoruk), the man who adopted her. Standing in her way is İlter (Zerrin Tekindor), her former mother-in-law, who blames Ayşe for her son’s death and is determined to take revenge.
