BBC Studios has partnered with Bauer Media Audio for podcast advertising across seven European countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, and Portugal).
The agreement will allow advertisers to access inventory through Bauer Media Audio’s audioXi platform via both direct and programmatic channels.
BBC, with over 100 years of global experience and a vast podcast portfolio, has a growing audience in the EMEA region. This deal does not cover the UK and Ireland.
Helen Pendlebury, Commercial Director of BBC Studios Audio, said: “BBC podcasts are gaining a strong audience beyond English-speaking markets.”
