Banijay Entertainment reported production revenues of €2.52 billion in 2025, marking a 3.6% decline compared with 2024.
In 2025, Banijay Entertainment delivered more than 16,000 hours of content and launched over 80 new titles worldwide. The company’s distribution revenues fell 7.2% year over year to €368.3 million. Combined with its experiences division, Banijay Live, the business generated €3.29 billion in revenue. Across the wider group, Banijay Group revenues rose 1.6% to €4.88 billion.
EBITDA increased 6.8% to €961.1 million, while operating profit climbed 25.5% to €641 million. The company’s net debt ratio improved from 2.9x to 2.7x, equivalent to around €2.57 billion.
Banijay is currently preparing to merge with All3Media, a deal that would create one of the world’s largest independent TV production groups. The combined company will bring together 170 production companies and major global formats including The Traitors, Big Brother, Survivor, Peaky Blinders, and Gogglebox.
The merged entity is expected to generate pro forma revenues of $8.6 billion based on 2024 figures. Under the agreement, investor RedBird IMI will hold a 50% stake in the new company.
Banijay CEO Marco Bassetti emphasized that scale will be crucial for content production, IP monetization and investment in new technologies.
