NOW’s highly anticipated new series Anne Yarısı, produced by NTC Medya, has taken its first major step toward production with an official table read.
The lead cast and creative team gathered around the same table for the first time, bringing their characters to life together ahead of filming.
The series stars Cihangir Ceyhan, Burcu Özberk, and Esra Dermancıoğlu, alongside Selen Uçer, Fatih Gühan, Cansu Fırıncı, Mert Denizmen, Merve Şen, Dilşah Demir, İlayda Çevik, Ömer Nadir Civelek, Deniz Gürkan, Berkay Akdemir, Yeliz Korkmaz, Abdurrahman Yunusoğlu, Ürüncan Keskin, Melisa Duru Ünal, Umut Kaplıca, and Murat Balcı.
Produced by Mehmet Yiğit Alp, the series is directed by Semih Bağcı, while the screenplay is written by Melis Civelek, Zeynep Gür, and Merve Göntem.
Filming is set to begin soon in Cappadocia. Anne Yarısı follows the emotional journey of Ali and Zeynep, whose lives become intertwined around the same child eight years after a devastating loss. Centered on long-buried secrets, a custody battle, and profound sacrifices, the series promises to take viewers on a powerful emotional journey.
Anne Yarısı will premiere on NOW in the upcoming television season.
