A Mother’s Oath (Sakıncalı) is set to conclude with its fifth episode. Produced by Gold Film and distributed internationally by Global Agency, the series reunites Özge Özpirinçci and Salih Bademci, who first appeared together in the mini-series Deeply (İlk ve Son).
Filming on A Mother’s Oath was paused last week, with plans to review the show’s future based on its ratings performance. Following the release of the third episode’s ratings, the decision was made to cancel the series with Episode 5, and the cast and crew have been informed.
Özpirinçci stars as Süreyya, a mother shaken by the loss of her child, while Bademci portrays Çetin, a mafia leader. The series is directed by Arda Sarıgün and written by Ayça Üzüm.
