A Mother’s Oath, globally distributed by Global Agency, had its premiere in Venice on Sunday, October 12. Just a day before MIPCOM 2025 kicked off, the premiere also hosted the series leads Özge Özpirinçci and Salih Bademci, along with Gold Film owner Faruk Turgut, executives from NOW, and 50 buyers from 32 countries. Becoming the first Turkish series to premiere in Venice, A Mother’s Oath was screened in Teatro La Fenice.

A Mother’s Oath follows Süreyya, who discovers that her husband’s criminal empire was the cause of her son’s death, leading her to recruit a group of women to fight for justice in a drama filled with tension, passion, and romance.

Ahead of the premiere, the lead actors participated in photoshoots and video recordings across Venice’s canals, San Marco Square, and private gondolas, also globally promoting the new Turkish drama.

Global Agency CEO Izzet Pinto commented, “We are thrilled to have organized such a special launch for a powerful project like A Mother’s Oath. At Global Agency, we love creating unforgettable events that match the prestige of our projects and set them apart in the international market. We take great pride in having achieved a first for Turkish dramas with this premiere.”
