NATPE Budapest has announced the recipients of the inaugural NATPE Honors Europe, a celebration recognizing trailblazing individuals whose creativity and visionary leadership are reshaping the European media landscape. 

Receiving the first Shift Disturber Awards – for bold ideas and leadership shaking up the status quo and driving transformative change is DANIEL GRUNT, CEO of Nova Group, recognized for the incredible success of the Voyo platform. And MAGDALENA SZWEDKOWICZ, Producer, MAG Entertainment Celebrated for elevating the impact and profile of the Polish TV industry via hits like Forgotten Love (Znachor), Justice (Napad), Deadly Ties (Śleboda) that are culturally relevant locally and resonate with audiences globally.

LEVENTE MÁLNAY, Managing Director and EVP, AMC Networks Intl., Central and Northern Europe, Honored for playing a pivotal role in establishing commercial television in the region after the fall of communism, and for exceptional leadership across production, channel launches, and managing one of the most diverse portfolios of channels in the region.
