Dutch independent production company SUPER7EVEN Productions has announced its first feature-length documentary centered on the life of Rose Bertram, titled A Girl Like Rose.
The film is directed by Jonathan de Jong and is currently in production, with a summer 2026 release planned. The documentary explores the emotionally complex relationship between Belgium-born supermodel Rose Bertram and her mother, Maria; a bond defined by deep love, yet tested by challenging circumstances.
At its core, the film examines the personal struggles behind global fame and the emotional tensions shaped by family ties. Bastiaan Brand serves as creative producer, while the original score is composed by Bob Thole, co-owner of BLURRED.
Distribution rights have been acquired by MN Media for the Netherlands and High Mass for Belgium. The film joins SUPER7EVEN’s growing slate of impact-driven documentaries, which includes Human Forever, its sequel Human II Forever, and Fred ‘The Other Side’.
