Global distributor and producer Inter Medya has officially secured new licensing deals for its acclaimed Turkish drama series Halef, expanding its broadcast footprint into Croatia and Albania.

Halef continues to grow its international presence, building on a robust global reach that already includes successful runs in Romania, Hungary, Honduras, Angola, Mozambique, and Panama.

The European expansion follows the series’ high-profile premiere on Italy’s Canale 5 on May 29, 2026. The Italian debut captured significant viewer attention, drawing 1,828,000 viewers and securing a strong 14.6% audience share. With these new Mediterranean television deals, Inter Medya solidifies the global appeal of premium Turkish television content in the competitive European broadcasting market.

Following the recent renewal for a second season in Turkey, Inter Medya is currently finalizing additional international distribution agreements, which are expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Inter Medya will be exhibiting at NEM Dubrovnik. Industry partners and delegates are invited to visit the team at Meeting Table 28 in the Mare Area.
