Series Mania Forum officially begins tomorrow, (March 25th) but the excitement starts today with a lineup of industry events.

Kicking off the day, Beta Film will host its renowned Beta Brunch from 13:00 to 14:30. For the first time ever, the traditional Beta Brunch reception and screening will open the Series Mania Buyers Upfront. With an exclusive presentation of Beta’s Spring/Summer line-up, the event will feature the latest highlights from Beta Film’s high-end series and other formats. The brunch reception will be followed by Beta Film’s trailer presentation.
From 14:30 to 17:30, an invitation-only Buyers Upfront event will provide an exclusive look at 10 eagerly awaited series curated by the Festival’s artistic team, the selection will include high-potential series about to be released or still in post-production and will be based on both artistic merit and broad audience appeal.
Last but not least, from 18:00 to 20:00, attendees will start the market with welcome drinks. The cocktail will be followed by the world premieres of the Canadian series Empathie at the Nouveau Siècle and the Swedish series A Life’s Worth at UGC Ciné Cité Lille.
