The film follows two brothers who run away from home to find their estranged grandfather, with Bill Nighy starring in the lead role.
Directed by Morgan Matthews and written by Malcolm Campbell, the story stars Dexter Sol Ansell (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms) and Roman Griffin Davis (Jojo Rabbit) as brothers Charlie and Finn.
Bill Nighy plays their grandfather, with a supporting cast including Maisie Williams, Deirdre Monaghan, Loré Adewusi, Eoin Duffy, Clare Dunne, and Michael Socha.

The film chronicles their journey from Yorkshire to the west coast of Ireland, blending adventure and heartfelt drama.
Along the way, free-spirited busker Cait (Maisie Williams) helps guide the young brothers on their journey.
500 Miles is set to premiere at the Dublin International Film Festival, which describes the film as “a poetic, life-affirming road movie celebrating the human spirit.”
