49th Pantene Golden Butterfly Awards: Highlights

The 49th Pantene Golden Butterfly Award Ceremony where the bests of the television, music and digital world were determined by public votes, was held at Zorlu Performing Arts Center. Organized in cooperation with Hürriyet Newspaper and Pantene, the awards ceremony witnessed some colorful scenes.

At the Pantene Golden Butterfly Awards, candidates who made a name for themselves this year in music, television industry or digital world were voted by the public. Voting was between the dates of September 23, 2022 and October 1, 2023 and the top 10 candidates who received the highest number of votes in each category in the first stage moved on to a second one and became finalists.

After the second round, the great names of the music and television world came together and held the traditional jury meeting. The jury, chaired by Perihan Savaş, included names such as Meral Çetinkaya, Şükrü Avşar, İzzet Öz, Metin Özülkü, Yasemin Baştan, Hasan Can Kaya and Melis Sezen.

The winners, who were determined by 70 percent public votes and 30 percent jury votes, received their awards at the Pantene Golden Butterfly Awards Ceremony. The award-winning series and actors were as follows;

Best Series: Golden Boy

Star TV’s beloved series Golden Boy has been awarded the Best Series accolade. The cast received the award from Perihan Savaş.

Best Actress: Pınar Deniz

Pınar Deniz, with her role in the Kanal D series Family Secrets, has been chosen as the Best Actress. She received the award from Perihan Savaş.

Best Actor: Salih Bademci

Salih Bademci, acclaimed for his performances in the Kanal D series Dilek Taşı and the Netflix series The Club and The Tailor, has been honored as the Best Actor. Salih Bademci also received the award from Perihan Savaş.

Best TV Couple: Serenay Sarıkaya and Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ

Serenay Sarıkaya and Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, with their roles in the series Aile, broadcasted on Show TV, have been chosen as the Best TV Couple. Nebahat Çehre presented the award to the duo.

Best Romantic Comedy Series: If You Love

The Kanal D series If You Love has been honored as the Best Romantic Comedy Series. Melis Sezen presented the award to the series’ team.

Best Romantic Comedy Series Actress: Hafsanur Sancaktutan

Hafsanur Sancaktutan won the Best Romantic Comedy Series Actress award for her role in the series If You Love. Melis Sezen presented the award to Hafsanur Sancaktutan.

Best Romantic Comedy Series Actor: Kerem Bürsin

Kerem Bürsin has been awarded the Best Romantic Comedy Series Actor for his performance in the series If You Love. Kerem Bürsin received the award from Melis Sezen.

Best Comedy Series: Güldür Güldür Show

Güldür Güldür Show, broadcasted on Show TV, has been selected as the Best Comedy Series. Nihat Odabaşı presented the award to the Güldür Güldür Show’s team.

Best Comedy Series Actress: Ecem Erkek

Ecem Erkek, for her performance in Show TV’s series Güzel Günler, has been honored as the Best Comedy Series Actress. Ecem Erkek received the award from Nihat Odabaşı.

Best Comedy Series Actor: Çağlar Çorumlu

Çağlar Çorumlu, the lead actor in the Gain series Ayak İşleri, won the Best Comedy Series Actor award. Nihat Odabaşı presented the award to Çağlar Çorumlu.
